Smile Exhibit provided end-to-end services covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and transportation for the exhibition space at PRINCESS’S CUP THAILAND 2018. The exhibition was developed to showcase equestrian sports history, competition knowledge, and specialized equipment displays for event attendees.

The main objective was designing and fabricating display panels, showcases, and pedestals suited for a semi-outdoor event environment. Key requirements included structural durability, targeted lighting for key artifacts, and overall safety for high visitor traffic throughout the event duration.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, wall panel construction, display units, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment.

Our team executed the on-site installation, fine-tuned the lighting layout, and managed the complete post-event dismantling and site clearance, delivering a complete exhibition environment on schedule.
