Gathering Essential Information
To maximize efficiency and tailor everything to your needs, Smile Exhibit begins by asking for important details, such as

Event name and type: trade show, pop-up store, or retail renovation
Venue details: floor/room number, loading dock, door/lift size, etc.
Event dates and installation/dismantling schedule
Budget (if available): or at least booth size for initial estimation
Exhibitor Manual: if provided, please share with us for planning
Before moving into the proposal stage, Smile Exhibit will also explain our working process, payment milestones, required documents, and terms of service clearlyso you fully understand before making a decision.

Step 1: Information, Concept Design & Proposal From Understanding to Creativity
Once we have all the information, our team analyzes and develops an initial concept design proposal to present to you. This ensures we are aligned before moving forward to the next stages.


Step 2: Designing Process & Agreement Turning Ideas Into Reality
After you review and approve the proposal, we proceed with detailed design.
Before creating a 3D model, Smile Exhibit will sign a work commencement approval with you, confirming readiness to move ahead.

Our professional design team then creates a 3D visualization of your boothshowing structure, colors, and layout in every angle. We present this through a clear presentation, along with a quotation that reflects actual costs.

At this stage, you are free to revise the design until youre fully satisfied.
Most importantly: no design fee will be charged during this processgiving you confidence and peace of mind in making your decision.


Step 3: Deciding Moving Forward With Smile Exhibit
Once the 3D design meets your expectations, its time to decide:

If you proceed with Smile Exhibit: Were delighted to begin production, and there will be no design fee charged.
If you decide not to proceed: A design fee will apply as compensation for the design work delivered.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness for both parties.

 

Step 4: Production & Registration Building Your Booth
When you confirm production with us, the next step is to start manufacturing.
At this stage, you will make the first 50% payment to activate production.

Meanwhile, Smile Exhibit also assists with other key preparations, including:

Contractor registration: clients may handle some parts, but we provide guidance and support.
Submission for organizer approval: we submit the final booth drawings for inspection and approval.
Utility booking: we coordinate electricity and other utilities so your booth is fully functional.
During production, you wont be left in the darkwe provide regular progress updates with photos until installation day, so you can follow every step closely.


Step 5: Installation & Dismantling A Booth Ready to Shine
Finally, the big day! Our professional team handles on-site booth installation, ensuring everything is built to standard and fully ready for your exhibition.

Once the event concludes, we also manage the dismantling process, with two options for you:

Keep items/furniture: select specific parts youd like to retain
Full dismantle & disposal: remove everything without keeping parts
After dismantling is complete, the final 50% payment is settledclosing the project with a smile.
