Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for a Thai "Temple Fair" (Wat Event) themed concert and party space.

The main challenge was executing a temporary space renovation that seamlessly integrated new structural builds with existing site architecture. The design combined new display booths, festive lighting, and thematic backdrops with original site elements, transforming the venue into an authentic, energetic Thai temple fair atmosphere.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural pre-fabrication, decorative props, and lighting pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to ensure precise and efficient setup.

Our technical team executed the on-site transformation, conducted structural safety checks, maintained site readiness during the event, and managed post-event dismantling and site clearance right on schedule.
