Leather Warehouse, a global leader in innovative high-quality leather materials, participated in the Thailand International Boat Show 2026, an international exhibition featuring yachts, marine technology, and premium materials for the Marine and Luxury Living industry. The event was held in Phuket, a strategic yet logistically demanding location, requiring precise planning and execution.

Smile Exhibit approached this project with full commitment, ensuring consistent standards of quality regardless of distance or site conditions.

Smile Exhibit delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution, covering both fabrication and on-site installation. Within a compact booth size of 12 square meters (3 × 4 sqm), the design was carefully optimized to support professional business interactions while effectively communicating the brand’s positioning and product value. The result was a highly functional exhibition space that balanced efficiency, clarity, and brand presence.

The booth was fully custom-made in accordance with Leather Warehouse’s design intent. A bent wood structural system was employed to create refined, continuous curves that conveyed elegance and fluidity. This architectural approach reinforced the premium character of the brand while aligning seamlessly with the marine lifestyle context of the exhibition.

The interior layout was developed with a strong focus on usability and presentation. Two reception counters were integrated to accommodate client engagement and product discussions, while clearly organized display zones allowed leather materials and samples to be viewed and accessed with ease. Neon Flex lighting was strategically incorporated to enhance surface textures and highlight material quality, ensuring strong visual impact within the exhibition environment.

Throughout all project phases, Smile Exhibit maintained strict quality control, from factory production and pre-fabrication through to on-site installation and final handover. Our hands-on management approach ensured that the booth was delivered accurately to specification, fully operational, and ready to support brand engagement from the first day of the event.
