DINKLE
Project : DINKLE
Size : 6x8 sqm.
Location : BITEC
Budget : 2xx,xxx฿

At the Manufacturing Expo—the international machinery and technology exhibition for manufacturing and supporting industries—an exhibition pavilion serves as a direct reflection of an organization's technological reliability and corporate image.
For this edition, Dinkle, a global manufacturer of electrical terminal blocks, interface modules, and automation solutions, entrusted Smile Exhibit with their 48-square-meter brand space.
We managed the entire process end-to-end, spanning design, factory production, and on-site installation, ensuring strict structural compliance and on-time delivery.
Production Specifications and Structural Engineering Control
- HMR Timber Framework and Corporate Identity Industrial Spray Refinishing: The primary structure for the wall partitions and counter units was manufactured entirely from High Moisture Resistance (HMR) timber, selected for its moisture resistance, dimensional stability, and flat substrate profile. The surfaces underwent an industrial spray-painting process matching Dinkle's exact corporate identity specification (RGB: 207, 36, 43 / HEX: #CF2428), contrasted against an industrial white spray finish. This meticulous coating process achieved a uniform, flat, and seamless surface profile across all interlocking components.
- Integrated Lighting Systems and Electronics Display Engineering: The product showcase walls, measuring 30 cm in thickness, were engineered to integrate solid 20 mm clear acrylic shelves to display Dinkle's automation components and terminal blocks. Illumination was achieved by embedding LED strips within a 24 mm silicone track, precisely bent along the structural contours. This setup guaranteed a uniform, diffused light distribution across the display surfaces while eliminating dark spots.
- Spatial Zoning and Site Safety Compliance: The 48 sq.m. raised platform was finished with laminate flooring and integrated three-sided beveled slopes to manage traffic flow in compliance with Manufacturing Expo safety regulations. The overhead tower signage and the storeroom framework—featuring an inward-swinging door system—were calculated with rigid anchoring and support structures to guarantee total stability, rigidity, and safety throughout the multi-day international event.
The execution of the Dinkle pavilion at the Manufacturing Expo demonstrates the precise integration of architectural design and industrial carpentry engineering. Delivering a finish that matches the design configuration, maintains exact corporate colors, and ensures structural integrity is the standard Smile Exhibit provides to our business partners, allowing them to optimize their commercial activities on the trade show floor.
Smile Exhibit extends our gratitude to Dinkle for trusting us as their end-to-end partner for design, production, and installation.
SMILE EXHIBIT "Built Right. Delivered On Time."
