Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for the "K-Heroes" event. The project aimed to construct an engaging environment featuring custom stage setups, backdrop displays, and interactive activity zones centered around the event's core theme.

The primary requirement involved fabricating sturdy, high-impact structural backdrops, stage features, and thematic signage designed for heavy public interaction. Visuals required high-resolution graphic prints paired with coordinated lighting systems to support stage performances and photo opportunities.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, graphic printing, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to fit tight venue access schedules.

Our technical team executed the on-site installation, conducted structural safety checks, maintained on-site readiness during the event, and managed post-event dismantling and site clearance, delivering a seamless execution on schedule.
