Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for "Pongyang Fashion Week," a fashion event and concert set under a vibrant "Latino" theme inspired by Latin American festival culture.
The main requirement was constructing high-impact stage environments, decorative backdrops, and interactive zones that captured authentic festival aesthetics through colorful material choices and structural detailing. All outdoor structures were engineered for stability, safety, and weather resistance to accommodate high visitor foot traffic.
Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, custom prop assembly, and lighting pre-setup in-house at the factory prior to site deployment.
Our technical team executed the on-site installation, conducted structural safety checks, maintained on-site readiness throughout the festival, and managed complete post-event dismantling and site clearance right on schedule.
