Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering spatial layout planning, structural design, fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for "Ginza Fashion Week." The project accommodated a multi-functional event space featuring fashion runway shows, live music performances, and formal reception banquets.

The main requirement was executing high-end structural elements aligned with Ginza’s modern, sophisticated aesthetic. The setup included custom fashion runways, performance stages, backdrop displays, and reception areas engineered for smooth guest mobility, structural stability, and tailored event lighting that enhanced overall garment visibility.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, custom prop assembly, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment.

Our technical team executed the on-site installation, conducted structural safety checks across all stage and runway builds, maintained site oversight during the event, and handled post-event dismantling and site clearance right on schedule.
