Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for the Solar Brand Grand Opening Event. The project was designed to establish a modern, innovative event atmosphere showcasing solar energy products and clean energy solutions.

The primary requirement involved fabricating sleek structural backdrops, product display pedestals, and integrated accent lighting setups. All elements were engineered with high precision carpentry, smooth surface finishes, and structural stability to ensure a professional experience for media representatives and visitors.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural pre-fabrication, custom display units, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to meet strict venue setup schedules.

Our technical team executed the on-site installation, conducted structural safety checks, maintained site oversight throughout the event, and managed post-event dismantling and site clearance right on schedule.
