Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for Shell's product launch and educational showcase introducing Shell V-Power Nitro+ at a major shopping mall venue.

The primary requirement was fabricating high-precision event booths, stage backdrops, and display stands built strictly to Shell’s corporate brand standards. Visual components utilized high-resolution digital inkjet printing with a 6-color CCMMYK ink system, white ink spot printing, and Spot UV finishing for maximum color vibrancy and sleek texture, paired with targeted display illumination to draw shopping mall foot traffic.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, custom signage, print production, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to comply with mall installation guidelines.

Our technical team executed the on-site setup, conducted structural safety checks, maintained site oversight throughout the event, and handled complete post-event dismantling and venue handover right on schedule.
