Natural Fruit Co., Ltd. (Natfruit), a premier manufacturer and exporter of canned pineapples and pineapple juice concentrate, set out to completely revolutionize its trade show presence at THAIFEX 2026. Transitioning away from a standard reusable modular shell scheme booth, the client’s main objective was to establish powerful brand recognition and express its identity as an industry leader in agricultural and food processing.

Strategic Solutions & Execution

1. The 4-Meter Organic Pineapple Canopy: Engineering Flowing Forms

  • Structural Solution: The visual centerpiece of this brand transformation is the 4-meter-tall custom wooden entrance portal. To replicate the slender, organic, and outward-sweeping shape of pineapple leaves, we engineered a multi-layered framework utilizing custom-bent HMR (High Moisture Resistance) boards. Handcrafted by our master carpenters and finished with premium industrial spray paint, the structure gracefully curves while ensuring structural rigidity. To maximize long-distance visibility across the trade hall, a high-contrast galvanized zinc light box with front-lit branding was integrated into the top crest.


2. VERTiCO Acoustic Slat Wall Panels: Material Innovation for Speed-to-Market
  • Operational Efficiency & Aesthetics: The perimeter was defined by a 10cm-thick, 2.5m-tall custom timber wall structure enclosing three sides of the booth. To address the aggressive on-site installation schedule, Smile Exhibit utilized VERTiCO Acoustic Slat Wall to clad the primary backwalls and the front reception counter. This precise material specification eliminated traditional multi-stage joinery and painting timelines on-site. Furthermore, it achieved a high-end, premium, and warm natural ambiance that seamlessly aligned with the brand's sustainable and green industry positioning.


3. Space Optimization: High-Function Layout in a Compact Footprint

  • Spatial Efficiency: Despite the compact 18-square-meter constraint, the floor plan was precision-zoned to support multi-stakeholder commercial activities without causing traffic bottlenecks:

  • B2B Matchmaking Lounge: Designed to accommodate 3 independent meeting sets, calculated with adequate clearance paths to ensure conversational privacy and zero crowding.

  • Multi-Functional Commercial Counter: A 1.8m custom wooden service station placed at the front perimeter, featuring a flush-fit glass showcase for shelf-stable product lines, with a commercial chiller and secure inventory cabinetry built beneath.

  • Integrated Logistics Room: A concealed walk-in storage unit built flush against the backwall, featuring custom integrated shelving to manage product inventory systematically and in compliance with food trade health and sanitation standards.


By pairing strategic material choices with precise time management, Smile Exhibit delivered a turnkey corporate asset 100% on schedule (On-Time Delivery). The completed Natfruit pavilion stood as a highly professional, spotless, and operationally efficient commercial environment. It did not merely showcase products—it served as a powerful marketing tool that elevated the brand's international authority and driven commercial success at THAIFEX 2026.
