Smile Exhibit delivered interior renovation and commercial fit-out services for ANI SUSHI, a Japanese sushi restaurant designed to establish a strong brand identity through the strategic application of core brand colors and contemporary Japanese aesthetic elements.

The primary requirement involved optimizing a compact floor plan to maximize space efficiency. The layout balanced compact counter seating and service pathways with eye-catching illuminated signage and ambient lighting, creating an inviting, energetic atmosphere that attracts passing foot traffic.

Serving as the Production & Fitting-Out Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, custom cabinetry, seating counters, and electrical pre-assembly in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to streamline the on-site renovation process.

Our installation team executed the fitting-out systematically, refining surface finishes, installing custom lighting fixtures, and ensuring electrical safety, delivering a fully operational commercial space right on schedule.
