Smile Exhibit delivered end-to-end event production services, covering design, structural fabrication, installation, dismantling, and site logistics for "Mini Festival Latino," a concert and festival event designed under a dynamic "Latino" theme inspired by Latin American cultural celebrations.

The project required fabricating vibrant stage backdrops, decorative features, and activity booths that captured authentic festival atmospheres through bold color choices and structural detailing. All components were built with high structural integrity and safety standards to support active festival visitor movement.

Serving as the Production Partner, Smile Exhibit managed structural fabrication, prop assembly, and lighting pre-setup in-house at the factory prior to site deployment to ensure efficient setup.

Our technical team executed the on-site installation, performed structural safety checks, maintained site oversight during the event, and handled complete post-event dismantling and site clearance right on schedule.
